Fried fish

I'm back from my eighth Mac Camp (a camp with macs, what else?) in Oregon. I went with Grandma and Friend, I had lots of fun there playing on computers, learning about them, spending time with Grandma and Friend, meeting people, and having fun.
Afterwards, We hung out at the Farm for a while, and came back up to CA.

We went to a Korean restaurant at Cupertino Village, basically a strip mall full of Chinese/Japanese/Korean stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and such. A very cool place.
Today is Halloween. I don't have a plan, costume or sanity, Partly because of the stressful move, or not enough sleep, or maybe it's my siblings shrieking at the top of their lungs while whacking me for no particular reason. *hint hint*

I found this cool thing called Pleo, it's made by Ugobe, the same company that made Furby. It is a robotic baby Camarasaurus, the closest thing to being alive (which isn't) that you can get for less than a thousand dollars ($349.95, to be exact).

Welcome, People!

Hello, and welcome to Hairless with Lice. This being my first day on the web, I would like to welcome you with this post.

Yesterday we went to the Durga Puja with our Indian aunt and uncle and the rest of the family, a annual Indian worship of the goddess Durga in the fall, which is the year's largest Hindu festival of Bengal. we got mendhi (henna) patterns, I got a Peacock on my upper arm, Mom got an abstract pattern on her palm, Lily and Sonal got abstract on the backs of their hands. There was lots of good Indian food to be had, such as puri with potato Bhaji.

Afterward, in the evening we went to Disco Dandia, which is an Indian dance done with a pair of foot-long sticks that two people hit together in different patterns to the the beat the music, which forms an intricate dance. then we went home. (We were all half deaf, the music was really loud.)
